Marczyk’s feels so strongly about meat that we go through great lengths to carry the best tasting naturally raised beef and pork, and that means Niman Ranch. Niman Ranch uses livestock raised on family farms, with room to roam, fed only vegetarian feed, and are antibiotic and hormone free. This thoughtful treatment translates into the best tasting meat in Denver. We’re the only store in Colorado who carries Niman exclusively.

Our chickens are antibiotic and hormone free from Boulder Natural Meats. And in March of 2013, we have our first Colorado raised fresh all natural chickens! Read more. Try our “roadkill roosters”, a marinated semi-flattened chicken, crispy on the grill. At Thanksgiving, we get delicious turkeys, both Willie Bird broad-breasted whites and Eastern Plains Poultry heirloom breeds. They are the turkeyest turkeys in town!
There’s lamb too, and ham, veal, goose, duck, pheasant, oxtails, and any special order you need.

Willie Bird turkeys have a big turkey taste. Willie Birds are all natural and truly free-range. ( See them out under the California oaks.) These broad-breasted whites are the conventional breed you all know, but raised naturally without the use of any antibiotics or growth hormones.
Eastern Plains Natural Poultry Heritage Turkeys, with their richly flavored meat, are similar to a wild turkey. These unique turkeys, Blue Slates, are a rare breed indigenous to the Americas. Dallas Gilbert in Bennett raises them. Like the Willie Birds, absolutely no antibiotics or growth hormones used, ever.
