Finally Summer Sale! Taste the best for less this weekend from the Marczyk meat case.
Friday, August 7, 5:00-7:30pm: $1 off burger night burgers. That’s right, our juicy Niman Ranch ground-fresh-here burger for just $5.99.
Saturday & Sunday, August 8 & 9, all day: 10% off everything in the meat case. Chickens from local good guys Northern Colorado Poultry, and all beef, pork and lamb from Niman Ranch.
Although it has nothing to do with the meat sale, Jeff has a very special, very fresh fish arriving this Friday that he wanted to be sure you knew about: Sashimi grade Kaku from the deep Pacific. Swimming yesterday, here today.
New for summer!
Northern Colorado Poultry (NoCoPo) chicken cutlets with market-made tomato pesto. We eat more chicken when the weather gets hot, it’s nice to have a new and easy dinner. $8.99/lb.
Marinated Niman London broil. A flavorful grilling steak that is best when marinated, then thinly sliced. $8.99/lb.
Adobo marinated Niman pork tenderloin. Adobo is a rich, deep flavor without being spicy, so everyone loves it. $11.99/lb.
Hey, how about a gift card for the returning student, the harried friend, the busy dad? Our new gift card program means you get a gift for giving! Purchase a $25 gift card and get a small Niman gift of a salami or package of hotdogs. A $50 gift card gets you a larger Niman Ranch gift, and a $100 gift card purchase means you get a Niman gift and a free t-shirt!
What’s Fresh Now?
Munson corn! Super sweet because it’s picked in the morning and delivered by noon. That’s fresh!
Ela Family Farm peaches arrive next week. With all the rain we think this may be the most juicy, delicious crop ever. Look for a peach extravaganza here at Marczyk’s: sweet cobblers for dessert, sauces for your pork chops, even the wine shop will have something peachy.
Cheese Love, Cheese tasting:
New! Tulare Cannonball from Bravo Farms is “buttery and nuttery and mild.” A 500 year-old recipe from the Netherlands is remade here in the states by Bravo Farms into a smooth deep yellow cannonball. It’s good!
Come taste cheeses this Friday 5:00-6:30PM.
