Picnic season, Father’s Day, and the summer solstice are all coming! Get out there and enjoy yourself.

St Louise Ribs. Huge flavor! Jimmy the butcher says these are the ribs you need to bake first. Give them a little rub that is both savory and sweet, put them in a low oven (250) for about 2 hours, and finish them on the grill. All Niman Ranch, all the time. $6.99/lb.
Wild Chinook King Salmon. Troll caught in an open Canadian ocean. Fresh, rich and buttery. Market price.

Marinated Steak Tips. Just for the Easterners! Marinated with Canadian Steak seasoning. $15.99/lb.
Flanken-style Korean BBQ Short Ribs. A unique cut makes these cook quickly. Cut thin and through the bone, then marinated in sesame oil, soy, and honey. They make a great appetizer. $11.99/lb.
