We are now taking orders for Willie Bird broad breasted whites. WE ARE SOLD OUT OF THE HERITAGE TURKEYS! Call 303 894-9499, and go to our blog for turkey news.
Willie Bird turkeys have a big turkey taste. Willie Birds are all natural and truly free-range. (Go to http://www.williebird.com/ to see them out under the California oaks.) These broad-breasted whites are the conventional breed you all know, but raised naturally without the use of any antibiotics or growth hormones. A high quality 100% vegetarian diet contributes to the flavor and tenderness of these birds. Williams Sonoma loves them. We do too! $3.49/lb.
Operators are standing by to take your turkey order! Call 303 894-9499.

Fall food
Cheeses: From around the World and Around the Corner.
When we were in London years ago, we went to the Neal’s Yard shop near Covent Gardens. It’s a small shop, a fully refrigerated room whose walls are lined floor to ceiling with huge wheels of cheese, and you want to try them all. Autumn is the time that we love to bring in some of crazier United Kingdom cheeses: Gubbeen. Ardrahan. Gordydd. And of course, Hawes Wensleydale. Worth taking to your next party, just so you can say the name!
Meat: The Truth is in the Taste
Pork Cushion. Pork What? It’s part of the shoulder, very rich, and it makes a perfect little roast for two.$3.99/lb.
Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms: Stuffed with chicken, parmesan, bacon, and spices. It’s a deal at $7.49/lb.
Pheasant and Quail. Nothing says fall like game birds. An old friend from VT, Romy Perkins, has spent her life testing recipes for Orvis, so we send you to their site for a recipe. PS we’ve already plucked them for you!
Salmon Roulades: Phenomenal! Stuffed with spinach, pine nuts, and feta.
Grocery: Not everything, just everything you need.
Let’s talk caramel sauces. Sure caramel is easy to make at home, until you get to this part: “Watch it carefully at the end, as it will go from caramel to burnt very quickly.” Try ours, and drink the new Tawny Port in the wine store.
Fudge Fatale Caramel: The ultimate caramel sauce.$8.99

Redbud's Raw Premium Dog Food Dog. “Humm,” you wonder, “what kind of dog food would Marczyk’s carry?” Our good friend Jim Adams (the inspiration for Disco Jim's Pimento Cheese) is now making a very yummy, healthy raw dog food. We're carrying it because it's aligned with our philosophy around what food should be - simple, natural, and real. Redbud's Raw is made using antibiotic and hormone-free meats, finely ground bone, whole cage-free eggs, and organic veggies and fruits. That's it. Stuff you'd eat, but it's for your dog! Two varieties, beef and chicken. A one-pound chub is $5.99.
