The sun was warm but the wind was chill.
You know how it is with an April day
When the sun is out and the wind is still,
You're one month on in the middle of May.
But if you so much as dare to speak,
A cloud comes over the sunlit arch,
A wind comes off a frozen peak,
And you're two months back in the middle of March.

The new Marczyk Colfax location is moving fast! We have just enough oak flooring (it was hidden under the linoleum) to finish the wine shop. The walls are going up, and the handsome steel braces for the patio are in place. We are hiring for all positions too: bakers, cooks, wine shop, cashiers, deli, produce and grocery. Go to our website and click on the Work For Us tab to fill out an application.
