Who’s your piggy? Pig love and special sauce. Vote pig. You may wonder where we get these slogans. Finding the pig roast slogan is a staff contest every year. This year, after vetting over 80 staff-generated slogans (and a contentious run-off), Dan in our meat department won the annual Marczyk pig-roast slogan contest. For his excellent word-smithing he received a $100 itunes gift card. Praise the Lard indeed!
In addition to the Saturday pig roast, it is also Customer Appreciation Day: enjoy an all-day/all store 10% discount in both the market and the wine shop.
Food store hours: 8am-8pm.
Wine store hours: 10am-8pm. Read more at http://www.marczyk.com/.
Marczyk pork is as always non-confinement, naturally raised without hormones or antibiotics. Niman Ranch animals are raised outdoors and allowed to root and roam year round. We like to say “The truth is in the taste” and our customers agree:
“Your pork tastes like the pork I grew up with. It’s worth turning my oven on again!”
Marczyk Fine Foods is a fresh urban market, located in the booming Uptown neighborhood. Every day, neighborhood customers and Denver home cooks can find the best tasting, most thoughtfully sourced ingredients for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For example, peaches are here from Ela Family Farm on the Western slope, and sweet corn is picked up weekly from Munson farms in Boulder. The beef, pork, and lamb are humanely raised by Niman Ranch; and the chickens are pasture-raised without hormones or antibiotics by Boulder Natural Meats.
Marczyk Fine Foods is open 7 days a week, Monday-Saturday 8:00AM-8:00PM, Sunday 10:00AM-6:00PM.
