Beer Cheese Dip
Ingredients
2 cups of our shredded smoked cheddar
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon dry pepper
1/3 cup full flavored beer (use our O’dells Red Ale 6pack-$9.99, don’t forget to drink the rest)
2 tablespoons butter
1 City Bakery sourdough round
Veggies for dipping
Directions
Combine cheese, horseradish, mustard, and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Heat beer and butter in a saucepan. Add to cheese mixture and beat with an electric mixer until nearly smooth. Cool in freezer for 5 to 10 minutes. Hollow out the sourdough round into a bread bowl shape. Fill with the cheese dip just before serving. Dip in some veggies and get your munch on!
