Dan's Lamb Burgers with Suhki's Tomato Chutney
Ingredients
1- 1 1/2 lb ground Niman Ranch lamb
1 T chopped shallots
1 T fennel curry from Savory Spice
1 T chopped fresh mint
Dusting of Matiz Smoked Salt on the outside
Fresh ground pepper
Gently mix ingredients together, and form into patties. Cook on the grill or in a hot pan until mid rare.
Suhki Tomato Chutney:
Open jar, apply liberally
Grilled Rudi’s whole wheat bread as buns
