Honey Curry Chicken Wings
Ingredients
24 chicken wings
2 tablespoons dijon
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 teaspoons salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Place chicken in marinade and stir to coat (or if you prefer, do this ahead and leave it in the fridge overnight). Bake 20 minutes and check, turning pieces once and basting occasionally until the sauce becomes a thick golden glaze. PERFECT, PERFECT WINGS!
