Its stout rich flavors dance on the palate showing just a touch of oak while leaving the integrity of the fruit and some bright, cleansing acidity. Pair with grilled meats, and veggies. A unique, fresh, crowd pleaser of a Chardonnay.
This wine really lets the fruit shine! It is bright and fresh on the nose with aromas of preserved lemons, soft melon, and a slight toasted nutty character. A Chard that sees a little bit of French oak, but like its red counterpart, it lets the fruit do the talking. This Chard shows some really beautiful acidity and has a very clean finish. Drinks beautifully with anything from light shellfish dishes to sausages.
