Fridays, 5:00pm-7:30pm.
What:
We fire up the grill and serve award-winning Niman Ranch burgers, ground here, on freshly baked brioche buns.  Bring the family, join the scene! 
Where:
Both markets, Colfax and Clarkson.
How Much:
$7.99 for the burger and all the fixin’s: bun, lettuce, tomato, red onion, cheese, condiments.

What: Kentucky Derby! Tomorrow.
Where: Your house.
What: We love Benchmark Bourbon for $11.99 (you can save that extra dough to place some wagers!)
Make: Benchmark Julep
Start mixing at least by 4:30 for 5:00 post time.
Ingredients
8 to 10 mint leaves
1 sprig of mint for garnish
1 tablespoon of sugar, more or less to taste
1 1/2 ounce spring water
3 ounces Benchmark Bourbon (or any other favorite from KY)
Crushed ice

Mix it all up, but gently.

What: Cinco de Mayo.
When: Sunday, May 5. Of course…
Where: Your House.
Make: Carta Blanca, Bohemia or Modelo Especial for beer; Suerte Tequila or Del Maguay Mezcal for sipping spirits; Skinny Girl or Coyote Gold for ready-to-go margaritas.

What: Mother’s Day.
Where: Your house. You’re busy.
Drink: Splits of Tiamo Prosecco, mini liqueurs like Chambord, Lemoncello, Poma, St. Germain and Canton, all in a gift basket.
