Just in case you don’t have an encyclopedic knowledge of how everything in the world should be heated, here are some handy instructions for those enchiladas and/or mac & cheese and/or chicken pot pie that you just bought and will very soon be enjoying.

Porchetta
Let porchetta sit at room temperature for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 300°. Season porchetta with salt. Roast on a rack on a baking sheet for 1.5 to 2 hours. Increase heat to 500° and continue roasting for another 20 to 40 minutes, or until skin is crispy and well-colored. Internal temp should be 185 to 190 degrees. Let rest for 30 minutes. Using a serrated knife, slice into 1/2" rounds.
Take & Bake Apple Pie
Featuring Honey Rock Apples! In a 425-degree oven, bake for 16 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes.
Pot Pies
Remove plastic, bake at 350 degrees for 45–60 minutes.
Penne Bolognese
Remove plastic lid, cover with foil, and bake at 350 degrees for 20–30 minutes.
Alternate method: Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a large skillet and place over medium heat. Add penne and stir occasionally until heated throughout, approximately 5 minutes.
Sausage Lasagna
Remove plastic lid, cover with foil, and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove foil, bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Mac and Cheese (large):
Remove plastic lid, cover with foil, and bake at 350 degrees for 20–30 minutes. For a crispy top: remove foil after 20 minutes and allow to bake for 10 more minutes uncovered.
Alternate method: in a medium saucepan, add 1/2 cup milk over medium heat. Add MFF Mac and Cheese and stir occasionally for 7 minutes, or until heated through.
Mac and Cheese (small)
Place in a microwave and heat for 2 minutes. Remove lid, stir, return lid and cook for an additional 2.5 minutes. 
Alternate method: In a medium saucepan, add 1/4 cup milk over medium heat. Add MFF Mac and Cheese and stir occasionally for 7 minutes, or until heated through.
Meatballs (large):
Remove plastic lid and cover with foil. Heat in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes.
Meatballs (small):
Place in a microwave and heat for 2 minutes. Remove lid, stir, return lid, and cook for an additional 2.5 minutes.
Shepherd's Pie:
Remove plastic lid and cover with foil. Heat in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes.
Paella:
Remove plastic lid and add 2 tbsp water or stock. Cover with foil and heat in a 350-degree oven for 25–30 minutes.
Alternate method: add 1 tbsp olive oil to a large skillet and place over medium-high heat. Add paella to pan and saute for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Add 3 tbsp water and continue to saute for another 5–8 minutes. Optional: remove from heat and stir in 3 tbsp cold butter until fully incorporated. This will provide a creamy texture and rich flavor.
Chicken Enchiladas:
Remove plastic lid and cover with foil. Heat in a 350-degree oven for 20–30 minutes.
Bean and Cheese Enchiladas:
Remove plastic lid and cover with foil. Heat in a 350 degree oven for 20–30 minutes.
Oysters Rockefeller:
Remove plastic lid and bake at 350 degrees for 40–50 minutes. Check after 30 minutes for doneness. Oysters should be just cooked through and steaming.
